A Tesla Model Y Juniper on Hardware 4 running FSD v14.3.13 was making an unprotected left turn across two lanes. According to the owner, FSD came to a complete stop and waited until oncoming traffic stopped to give way, then turned left; a fast car approaching from the oncoming far right lane hit the front of the Model Y. The owner braked and said they would probably have been badly injured otherwise, and attributed the failure to FSD not considering the second lane when the closest lane stopped to let it pass. The owner shared the in-car recording of the incident. The source presents the crash as evidence that v14.3.13 is a regression from v14.3.12.
