A 73-year-old man in Escambia County, Florida, was charged after police said he used an AI platform called Art Space AI to alter photographs of local girls into child sexual abuse material. An arrest report says he uploaded at least six photos of local girls he had taken. Investigators interviewed him several times; during one conversation on July 1 he described using an AI program to alter images he uploaded. After a search of his home on Palisades Road, he told investigators he had paid for and used the platform but denied using it to generate images where clothes were removed. The source states he was the sole owner and user of the account. He faces six counts of cruelty toward a child and four counts of obscene material possession and was denied bond. These are allegations.
